Porthaul have been developing over the past 2 Years a Higher Productivity Vehicle for the Green triangle.
This week, these trailers came to life and are now operating in the Southwest of Victoria.
The first of thier kind, these HPV's are set to decrease the amount of trucks needed for the freight task by 20%, with an increased payload capacity of 12% over current PBS vehicles in thier field.
"The Bellydump woodchip trailers currently being used down in the Southwest are too heavy, do not offer an advantage over conventional woodchip B Double. We have been able to change this and create a point of difference for both the market and our customers."
